With the aim of providing a convenient, safe, and seamless travel experience, Phu Quoc International Airport offers a comprehensive system of guidance and support services for passengers throughout their journey—from airport check-in to arrival at their destination.
Before the flight, passengers are advised to arrive at the terminal early to allow sufficient time. The check-in area is scientifically arranged, with clear separation between domestic and international flights. Here, airline staff are always available to assist with procedures, support priority passengers, families traveling with children, elderly passengers, or those requiring special assistance.
After completing check-in, passengers proceed to the security screening area. The security screening system operates in accordance with international standards, ensuring safety while optimizing clearance speed. Clear, multilingual signage helps passengers easily identify routes to their departure gates.
While waiting for boarding, the terminal provides a wide range of amenities to meet rest and entertainment needs. Passengers may use shopping areas, dining services, business lounges, free Wi-Fi, electronic device charging stations, and comfortable resting spaces. Flight information is continuously updated via display screens and public announcement systems, enabling passengers to proactively monitor their schedules.
Upon arrival, passengers are guided conveniently from the aircraft into the terminal. The baggage claim area is logically arranged, with staff available to assist in handling any arising issues. For international flights, immigration and customs procedures are organized efficiently to ensure compliance and fast processing.
